What a Cupcake is not responsible for lost, delayed, or damaged packages. We package each cookie in a heat-sealed package, individually, and take caution to ensure safe shipping. Once we drop off your package for shipping, it is out of our control, and we are no longer responsible for its condition upon arrival or any delays that may occur.
All orders placed will be shipped on Tuesdays & Wednesdays. We use the USPS for shipping, which typically takes 2-3 business days. Cookie Orders open on Friday at 10 am, until sold out.
New Cookie flavors will be posted weekly. We do not guarantee a new flavor every week.
